Real Simulation Ltd – Business & Assets Sale

BPI Asset Advisory are seeking interested parties in the business and or assets of Real Simulation Ltd.

Working alongside Adrian Martin we are looking to assist in the sale of the business and or assets to include:

• Boeing 737 200 Series Simulator on Hydraulic Motion Platform (Analogue Cockpit Dials)
• F4 Phanton Fighter Jet Simulator on Hydraulic Motion Platform
• 3/4 Size F1 Car Simulator
• Full Size F1 Car Simulator
• Trailer to transport Car simulators

Revenue Streams

Over the years the team at Real Simulation Ltd have generated revenue through the sale of gift vouchers to fly in the simulators and also sell slots to trainee pilots and those pilots looking to add to their flying time when required.

The F1 cars have been tremendously successful for corporate days and at trade shows, and races throughout the UK and Europe. Both can be transported in a relevant trailer and the 3/4 size car can be dismantled and transported in most lifts within buildings.
